Prawn stir fry in Green Masala

Prawn stir fry in Green Masala
Ingredients
1 kg Prawn cleaned and the head should be kept with the prawns and marinated with salt and turmeric powder
3 tbsp Coconut oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 Onion sliced
Few Curry leaves
2 Dry Red chillies
1 tbsp Curry powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for Garnishing
1 tsp lime juice

For the paste
Ingredients
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
1/4 cup Mint leaves
2 green chillies
1/2 cup fresh Coconut grated
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Make paste of the above ingredients

Method
Take oil in a pan. Heat it. Add mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves. Let the mustard seeds crackle. Add the onions. Fry the onion till brown. Add the paste, salt and curry powder. Sauté the paste for few minutes. Add the prawns. Stir fry  on a high flame till the prawns have cooked and the paste has incorporated with the prawns. Add lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
