Combination Sandwich.......

Combination Sandwich.......

HochPoch Sandwich 😖😨😳😓 Don't get confused seeing the Ingredients.... The result is mouthwatering..... 😃😃 it's a whole some meal.. It's Fruity, Nutty, Veggie, Eggy.....
Ingredients
8 pieces Big Triangle Sandwich White or Brown or Multigrain Bread
1 cup Scramble Egg OR Cottage cheese Scramble
1 cup Papaya and Tomato chopped with Roasted
Cumin seeds and Black Salt
1 cup Potato Mayo Yogurt Salad with Salted Crushed Peanut and Pomegranate 
1 tbsp Nutralite

Method
Take 4 pieces of bread. Apply Nutralite on 2 pieces of bread. Take one piece of the Nutralite bread.
Place the bread on the Sandwich grill. Nutralite side should be facing downwards. Add the egg or the cottage cheese scramble. Place a plain bread, add papaya and tomato pieces. Place another plain bread on top, last layer add the potato salad. Place the Nutralite bread on top. Nutralite side should be facing upwards. Grill the sandwich till golden brown. Cut it and serve it with tomato and chilli sauce.  Repeat the process with the oth bread pieces.

Scramble Eggs OR  Scramble Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
4 Eggs Or 1 cup of Cottage Cheese Broken into small pieces
1 Onion Finely chopped
2 Green Chillies chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Butter and 1/2 tsp Oil

Method
Take the butter and oil. Let it heat. Add the onion and chillies. Sauté it for 2 minutes. Add the eggs or Cottage cheese... Add salt and pepper powder. Mix the ingredients well. The Scramble is ready.

P.S. Boiled Shredded chicken or Canned Tuna fish Or sausages can also be added along with the eggs...

Papaya and Tomato with Roasted Cumin seeds and Black salt
Ingredients
1 cup chopped Papaya
2 chopped Tomatoes
Black salt as per taste
1/2 tsp a Roasted cumin seed powder

Method
Mix all the above ingredients....

P. S. Apple, Water melon, Cucumber , Carrot, Strawberry can be used with chilli flakes, dried oregano and salt as different combination.

Potato Mayo Yogurt Salad with Salted Crushed Peanut and Pomegranate   
Ingredients
2 Potatoes boiled and cut into cubes
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Hung Yogurt
1/2 tbsp Dejon Mustard Paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tbsp Salted Crushed Peanuts
3 tbsp Pomegranate

Method
Take a bowl. Add all the above ingredients and mix it well.

P. S. Boiled Sherdded Chicken or Sausages can be add to the potato. Leafy salad leaves chopped with chopped  avacado with chilli flakes and salt or sauted spinach and corn can be added for different combination...

Egg Benedict

Had to make this, as I had eaten this at Taj Mahal Tea House and my taste buds were becoming greedy and asking for more....

Egg Benedict
For the Poach
Ingredients
6 Eggs
1 tsp  Vinegar

Method
Take a pan. Add water and fill up 1/2 the pan. Add the vinegar. Let the water boil. Now lower the flame and let the water simmer. Crack an egg and gently put it in the pan. Once the egg solidifies then slip the next egg into the water till all the eggs are add in the water. Switch off the gas and let it settle for 2 minutes. Take the eggs out and keep the eggs in a bowl of cold water.

To make Simple Blend Hollandaise
Ingredients
3 Egg Yolk
8 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Lime juice
1/4 tsp Sugar
2 pinch of white Pepper powder
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Method
Melt the butter. Put the egg yolks, lime juice, salt, pepper, sugar and tabasco sauce in a blender, blend on medium high speed until eggs are light in color. Now blend on low speed and slowly add butter while blending. When the sauce begins to thicken, keep it aside.

Egg Benedict
Ingredients
6 Poached Eggs
6 English Muffins toasted with butter
Hollandaise
2 tsp Parsley finely chopped

Method
To assemble the eggs benedict, In a plate put 2 pieces of the English Muffins. Put 2 poached egg on top of the muffins. Pour some hollandaise over the poached Eggs. Sprinkle some parsley over it and serve.

For the Topping
Ingredients
1 cups Spinach finely chopped
1/2  cup Corn boiled
1 tbsp Garlic Minced
1/4tbsp Chilli flakes
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Olive oil

Method
Take a  wok, add oil, heat the oil. Add garlic, sauté it for few seconds.. Add the corn, spinach, salt and chilli flakes. Cook the spinach till all the water dries up. Cool the spinach. Coarsely grind the spinach...

For the French Toast
Ingredients
6 pieces of White bread cut into halves
4 Eggs
2 tbsp Milk
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Method
Mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl and beat it. Take non stick pan. Add 1 tbsp oil. Spread the oil on the pan and heat it. Dip the bread pieces in the egg. Fry the bread pieces coated with egg in the fry pan till light golden in colour. Add the remaining oil... Repeat the process with the rest of the bread pieces...

Take a plate. Put 2 pieces of bread on the plate. Add a spoon full of spinach corn topping  on the bread... Serve with spicy coriander chutney.

Quiche my fusion style with leftovers....

Quiche my fusion style with leftovers....
Made from previous night leftover soya Keema and pav.......
Ingredients:-
8 pieces of bread
1 cup of soya keema cooked
8 eggs
1 onion chopped
1/2 yellow and red capsicum thin sliced
6 to 7 spinach leaves chopped
2 green chillies chopped
1 tsp butter
2 cups milk
Salt to taste
Oregano and chilli flakes to sprinkle
Optional
Chopped olives
Grated cheese
Method:-
Cut the left over pieces of bread in to small pieces . Add milk and soak the bread well. Beat the eggs and add to the bread and mix it well. Now add leftover soya keema, onions, spinach, chillies and salt. Mix the mixture well. Now take a baking tray and rub the butter in to the tray. Pour the mixture in to tray. Decorate the mixture with sliced colourful capsicum , olives and grated cheese Sprinkle chilli flakes and Oregano. Bake the quiche in a pre heated oven for 25 mins at 250 degrees temperature.Quiche ready for breakfast......

Left over Cake crumbs Pancake

When you bake a cake and after levelling the cake ... What do you do with the cake crumbs... Do you throw it or make cake pops  or make something else or eat it.
I made Chocolate pan cakes with Banana syrup..out of the cake crumbs....
Just break the cake crumbs, add sugar according to the taste, add milk according to the thickness of the batter, add a banana ( optional) and vanilla essence...... Egg or 2 tsp of curd. Blend it in a blender. Take butter and brush it on a pan. Add a big spoon of batter and wala... The pan cakes are ready... Add chopped banana with honey or any syrup of your choice for  for topping.

Su's style Spanish omelette for breakfast

Su's style Spanish omelette for breakfast :-)
Ingredients
6  potatoes
1 onion
4tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp chopped  parsley
6 eggs
6 sliced cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper powder
1 tomato sliced
Oregano seasonings
Method
Peel the potatoes  and cut them into thick slices. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the potatoes and onion and saute them, partially covered, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are cooked. Take the excess oil out and keep the potatoes and onion a side. Beat the eggs separately, then stir into the pan with potatoes and onions and add parsley, salt, pepper. Add sliced cheese and sliced tomato. Sprinkle oregano seasoning on top.  Cook on a moderate heat covering the pan. When almost set, invert on a plate and slide back into the pan and cook a few more minutes till done. Slide on to a plate and  serve.

This recipe is from Bengal and it is served as a quick snacks.
Ingredients
6 eggs
250 grams of wheat flour
2 onion chopped
3 green chillies chopped
1 tbsp coriander chopped
1 cup milk
Water to make the batter
Salt to taste
Slice cheese cut in to pieces
Shezwan sauce

Method
Take a mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients together except for the cheese pieces and Shezwan sauce and make a batter.Take mini uttappa pan and put a spoon of batter in each of the cavities. Put a drop of Shezwan sauce and a piece of cheese on top. Cover the pan and cook on slow flame. Serve hot.

Scrambled eggs on toast

Scrambled eggs on  toast
Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup of milk
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
4 tbsp spring onion chopped
3 tbsp capsicum chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 green chilli chopped
2 tbsp butter
12 pieces of slice bread cut in to round circles
3 cheese slices cut into small pieces
Canned Olives chopped
Method
Take a pan and add 1 tsp of butter. Add all the chopped vegetables except spring onions. Saute for some time. Lower the flame. Add a cup of milk and add salt and pepper. Add eggs one by one and start whisking. Leave it for some time and as the eggs begins to set. Stir it. The eggs will begin to scramble. Take it off the gas and keep it aside. Take the slice breads and with the ring cutter cut the bread in to round circles. Toast the breads either in a toaster or on a flat pan. Apply butter on the toasted  bread circles. Put the scramble eggs on top of the bread. To garnish sprinkle some chopped spring onions. Add a small piece of sliced cheese and chopped olives. You can also sprinkle some oregano seasonings from top.

Cold Cuts cooked in Eggs with Caramelised Onion and Tomato..
Ingredients
1 Ham slice cut into pieces
1 Sausage cut into pieces
1 Becon cut into pieces
2 Eggs
1 Tomato Sliced
1 Onion Sliced
2 pinch Sugar to sprinkle
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to sprinkle
1/2 tsp Butter

Method
Take a small pan. Add the cold cut pieces and sauté it till the cold cut pieces have changed its colour. Take it out from the pan and keep it aside. Add butter in the pan and heat it. Add the sliced onion and sprinkle sugar on the sliced onions. Sauté the onions till they are caramelised. Spread the cold cuts pieces on the onions. Arrange the tomato slices on cold cuts. Break 2 eggs on top of the tomato slices. On a low flame spread and cook the eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper powder. Serve with bread toast...

A classic Omelette with Strawberries, Tuna Fish flakes and Cheese

A classic Omelette with Strawberries, Tuna Fish flakes and Cheese ..........
Ingredients
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Strawberry chopped
1 green chilli chopped
1 tbsp of chopped onion
6 to 7 pieces of sliced olives
1 tbsp of tinned Tuna flakes
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp coriander leaves or Parsley leaves chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Butter / Olive oil
1 slice cheese
Method
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Add all the above ingredients in the eggs except butter and cheese. Fold in the ingredients in the eggs. Take a pan, add the eggs.... Cover the eggs and cook for 2 minutes... Cut the slice cheese in 3 to 4 pieces and add it on the omelette... Cover and cook for 2 minutes more or the top is cooked. Turn the omelette and cook for another minute or so....and serve it with Toast...
