What do you do with the liquid which is left after you churn out the white butter.....I used some to knead the dough for the Bajra and Oats Bread and rest I heated it up and it turned into paneer.... But before using the liquid make sure it is not bitter.... As sometimes when the cream from the milk is collected and kept for a long time it tends to become bitter.....
