Garlic -Cheese and Vegetable Swirl Bread

Garlic -Cheese and Vegetable Swirl Bread
350 grams Fine flour
4 tbsp Cheese grated
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Lukewarm Water
2 tbsp Dry Yeast
2 to 3 tbsp  Spinach puree
2 to 3 tbsp Beetroot puree
2  to 3 tbsp  Carrot puree
1 1/2 tsp Garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp fresh crushed Pepper
2 tbsp Butter
Take lukewarm water and add sugar and yeast. Let it rise. Take flour, add salt,  chopped garlic and cheese. Mix it. Divided the flour into 3 equal portion. Take one portion, add 2 tbsp yeast water and 2 tbsp of spinach puree or more. Mix it to make a soft dough. Knead it well. Add 1/2 tsp of butter and mix it and leave it to rise. Similarly take the second portion of the flour add 2 tbsp yeast water and 2 tbsp of carrot puree and make a soft dough. Add butter and knead it well and leave it to rise. Repeat the same process with the third portion of flour by adding 2 tbsp of yeast water  and 2 tbsp of  beetroot puree. Make a soft dough. Add butter and knead it well. Leave the dough to rise. After all the three dough has risen well. Take each dough at a time and  punch them and knead them. Take spinach dough. Sprinkle some flour on the platform and roll the dough in to a rectangular shape. Repeat the same with other 2 doughs. Now take the carrot rectangular rolled  dough and place it on the spinach rectangular rolled dough. Then keep the beetroot rectangular rolled on the carrot rectangular rolled dough. Sprinkle crushed pepper. Now start to roll the doughs from one end. Take a bread tin. Apply oil and put the rolled dough in the tin. Keep it to rise double in size. Bake the bread at 180 degrees for 20to 25 minutes in a pre heated oven.
